Officers are elected during spring quarter
after the regular season is complete. Any club member that
is in good standing with the club can accept nominations
for any office and any club member in good standing with
the club can also vote. There are four officer positions:
President, two Vice Presidents, and Treasurer. The president
is the "go to" person that generally interacts with outside
parties representing the club, for example the university,
companies that the club does business with, and the NCPA.
The vice presidents assist in the decision making process
of club and the president greatly depends on there ideas,
criticism, and support to help club run with the members
best interest in mind. The treasurer maintains the clubs
accounts and also contributes to the decision making process.
